After graduating from Chicago’s Rush Medical College in 2002, Dr. Frazine began his Internal Medicine residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Upon completion of this residency in 2005, Dr. Frazine returned to the Western Kentucky area. He spent 3 1/2 years in a general Internal Medicine practice before beginning the Hospitalist Program at Baptist Health Paducah in January of 2009. Here, Dr. Frazine became the program’s initial Medical Director and held this position for 5 years while continuing to practice as a hospitalist.
Dr. Frazine is now leaving that position to start his own private Internal Medicine practice. He currently serves as Chief of Staff Elect at Baptist Health Paducah and is married to his wife, Carla. They have 3 daughters. Dr. Frazine’s hobbies include golf, travel, and weightlifting.
